Facts About Aerosol Color Coat in Light Titanium

• Aerosol Color Coat isn’t a dye and should not be used for drastic color changes.
• Aerosol Color Coat is fast drying but shouldn’t be subjected to heavy use or scraping for 24 hours after applying.
• Aerosol Color Coat is prepped for spraying, right out from the can.
• Vinyls with high amounts of plasticizers may need SEM Tac Free for a smooth surface.
• If you need a custom color, consider using SEM Color Coat in the one quart cone top, and the one gallon can.

Preparing Substrates for Use of Aerosol Color Coat in Light Titanium

• To prep for applying Aerosol Color Coat, you will require other SEM cleansers and adhesion promoters, based on the substrate.
• For cleaning vinyl and plastic, apply SEM Soap and Vinyl Prep or XXX Universal Surface Cleaner.
• For cleaning velour and carpet, apply an appropriate carpet or upholstery cleaner and SEM Plastic and Leather Prep.
• For plastics, first determine the type of plastic. With PVC or ABS plastics use SEM Sand Free Adhesion Promoter. For TPO, EPDM, PP and other thermoplastics, apply Plastic Adhesion Promoter or XXX Adhesion Promoter.
