SEM® Vinyl Prep removes grease, dirt and wax from vinyl, prepping it for refinishing while providing a ready surface for renovating topcoats. The strong solvents in SEM Vinyl Prep soften substrates quickly, yet temporarily. The clear formula comes in a 16-ounce aerosol can. Vinyl Prep requires no mixing or measuring; it is ready to use for spraying directly on vinyl surfaces. One application is needed for normally soiled surfaces but can be repeated for surfaces which are heavily soiled.
