• Because Aerosol Color Coat is a coating, as its name suggests, and not a dye, it is not recommended for drastic color changes.
• Aerosol Color Coat dries quickly but should not be subject to or heavy use until twenty-four hours after applying.
• Aerosol Color Coat is made ready for spraying.
• Vinyls can have high amounts of plasticizers. If so, for a smooth surface they need SEM Tac Free.

Preparing Surfaces for Application with Aerosol Color Coat in Khaki

• To prepare for applying Aerosol Color Coat, you will require additional SEM cleaners and adhesion promoters, based on the surface.
• For cleaning plastic and vinyl, use SEM Soap and Vinyl Prep or XXX Universal Surface Cleaner.
• For cleaning velour and carpet, use an appropriate upholstery or carpet cleanser and SEM Plastic and Leather Prep.
• For plastics, first identify the type of plastic. With PVC or ABS plastics use SEM Sand Free Adhesion Promoter. For PP, EPDM, TPO and other thermoplastics, apply XXX Adhesion Promoter or Plastic Adhesion Promoter.
• Follow directions exactly to ensure quality outcomes.
