• Color Coat is fast drying but should not be subject to heavy use or for 24 hours after applying.

• Vinyls with high amounts of plasticizers can need SEM Tac Free for a smooth finish.

How to Prep for Color Coat in Fast Blue

• To prepare for using Color Coat, you will require other SEM cleansers and adhesion promoters, based on the surface.
• For cleaning vinyl and plastic, use SEM Soap and XXX Universal Surface Cleaner or Vinyl Prep.
• For cleaning carpet and velour, use an appropriate carpet or upholstery cleaner and SEM Plastic and Leather Prep.
• For plastics, first determine the type of plastic. With ABS or PVC plastics apply SEM Sand Free Adhesion Promoter. For PP, EPDM, TPO and other thermoplastics, apply XXX Adhesion Promoter or Plastic Adhesion Promoter.
