This Returns and Refunds Policy governs the process and conditions for returns and refunds for products purchased from Superior Restoration Products, Inc. (“Superior Restoration Products,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a purchase or using our products and services, you agree to comply with this Returns and Refunds Policy.
Returns Eligibility
- Unopened Products: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition, including packaging and all accessories. There will be a 15% re-stocking charge.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for a return, provided you notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. There will be no re-stocking charge on defective products.
- Exclusions: KITS, TOOLS, and COVID-19 RELATED PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
Return Process
- Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return number if your return is eligible.
- Packaging and Shipment: Please package the product securely to prevent damage during transit and include the invoice and return number inside the packaging. The customer pays for the shipping to return all non-defective products and warrantied products by other companies (tools etc). Superior does not pay any shipping costs or send call tags for any products that are warranted by the manufacturer. We only pay the shipping for returning defective Superior Products.
Refund Process
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will proceed with the refund process.
- Refund Method: No cash refunds, we will credit your account for your next purchase less the 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges
- Product Exchanges: We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees and other related charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Replacement or Refund: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product. We may offer a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
