Features of SEM® High-Build Primer Surfacer

This High-Build Primer Surfacer is an acrylic primer used to coat:

  • aluminum,
  • urethane,
  • plastics,
  • fiberglass,
  • SMC,
  • and steel.

It’s easy to sand, has superior filing properties and adhesion, and works as a topcoat with refinish materials. 

High-Build Primer Surfacer, in a 20-ounce aerosol can, covers in 2 to 3 coats, dries in 1 hour and has a flash time of 5-10 minutes between primer coats. Because of its flexible nature, it’s an excellent product for both rigid and flexible substrates. This version of the primer is black, and it is also available in grey (SKU# 42013)
