How Does Thymol Disinfect?

When used as directed, thymol is considered effective for “destroying mold” (The Merck Index), and as a fungicide, tuberculocide, virucide and medical disinfectant (EPA). Thymol either directly leads to the destruction of microorganisms, or isolates them and prevents their spread and reproduction.

How Does Bioesque Botanical Disinfectant Clean?

In addition to its disinfecting properties, Bioesque Botanical Disinfectant also cleans surfaces through the inclusion of two common surfactants — sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium laureth sulfate. As surfactants, they make it easier for the disinfectant solution to come in contact with the microorganisms it needs to kill. They also help surround dirt and oil particles, removing them from surfaces when you wipe away the solution.

How Do I Use Bioesque Botanical Disinfectant?
